Welcome to The National Veteran Matchmaking Conference 2024!

Once you start you will have 1 hour to complete registration. Don't worry, if you run into any issues. Reach out to support@eventdex.com, hwaldrep@nvbdc.org and our technical team is there to help.

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS:

1) Registration Fees

a) Registration & Matchmaking fees are combined into one package price for your convenience
b) NVBDC does not guarantee 1:1 matchmaking requests. 
c)  Veterans Only:  Group registrations (selecting a quantity of 2 or more) only need to enter matchmaking information for their company one time. (Only need information for one person per company).
d)  Corporations Only: Note to Corporations, If you are having several people doing matchmaking for different commodities please have one person register for matchmaking per commodity group.
e) Step by step how to register pdf example.

2) Required Matchmaking Fields: make sure you are prepared before you start registration:

a) Brief company overview
b) NAICS codes (all that apply)
c) Product and/or services keywords
d) SD/VOBs: upload capability statement no larger than 5 mb ( Free Link to reduce PDF size: https://www.ilovepdf.com/compress_pdf)

3) Addition Opportunities

a)  Corporate Members Only: Exhibit Hall Booth: Another opportunity to get your company added exposure to brand your message, network, and provide documents. Booth registration is 1 per group or individual registration. If your company would like to request more than one booth, please reach out to Amy Applewhite: aapplewhite@nvbdc.org / or Paulette Goodman pgoodman@nvbdc.org

4) Vets Night Out: October 29th, 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. 

We're offering a premier networking opportunity for corporations and veteran business owners to connect in a more informal setting.

Veteran Marketplace

  • Increase your visibility by ordering a display table to present your product or services
  • Great opportunity to network with Veteran Peers and Corporate Leaders
  • The deadline to purchase a table is the close of business on Monday, September 30, 2024
  • Max 2 tables per company
  • 1 1/2 day of full display and an evening of socialization
  • This could be your catalyst for economic growth.
