The UNCF Early Talent Opportunity Days (ETOD) is a three-day virtual career and internship fair providing college students with the opportunity to hear directly from and interact with premier companies across multiple industries and UNCF staff about internships and full-time job opportunities, as well as gain insight into their interview and selection process.
